Jason D. Harris, a founder of Mind of the Noise Records, is a musician from St. Louis, Missouri. Currently living in Los Angeles, Jason is a multi-talented audio engineer, songwriter, and rapper. He creates a diverse and live-instrumentation style of music mixed with electronic melodies to create a unique style of R&B, Pop, Hip-hop, and Neo-Soul. Jason started producing and writing his own songs at the age of 11. Over the years, he continued to invest in his education and craft.

In 2011, Jason earned his Master's Degree in Electronic Music Recording Media from Mills College. And in 2009, he graduated with his Bachelor's Degree in Digital Film New Media from Kansas City Art Institute.

Shortly after moving to Los Angeles in 2017, he completed his first worldwide tour with Atlantic/Warner Bro. "Why Don't We" as their playback engineer for their '8 Letters Tour'. He landed three worldwide distribution deals for his freshman album "The JBlingCity Band" and has gone on to produce full-length projects for LA's finest independent talent seen throughout Mindofthenoise.com.

His previous work history includes Taraji P. Henson Fox's White Hot Holiday, Vocal Mix for Ciara, Somos Lets's Get Loud Jennifer Lopez, Ledisi Live at the Troubadour, LOL Surprise! Doll Imnmerisive Concert, Why Don't We ‘8 Letters’ Tour, and Lupe Fiasco with Damon Dash Studios.

His music production and playback engineer work include projects under music industry veterans such as Kim Burse, Kevin Teasley, and James Giard.

He consistently releases new music, partners with emerging artists, and works on creative projects within the entertainment industry.
